  • Why do you have a set price?
    • After years of working in the commercial photography industry there is one thing our clients have always wanted: A good deal.  With a set price per hour, you will know how much to budget for a project and be able to better schedule future shoots.
  • How many items can you shoot in an hour?
    • The answer depends on several factors.  First, do you want the image on a seamless single color background?  How difficult is it to handle your product?  For example, porcelain dolls with a gray background can be shot very quickly, about 25 an hour.  But, if your product needs to be held up with fixtures or you require a hand model the shoot time increases.
  • What is Seamless Background?
    • A seamless background is a single color or gradient background without any lines or creases.
  • Do we ship our product to you?
    • All of our SF Bay Area clients receive free pick-up and delivery.  All other clients need to ship products to our studio and we handle the return shipping costs.
  • How do we receive our images?
    • Once your images are ready for delivery you will receive a CD containing the full resolution, reduced size for web and TIFs for print.  We also offer a downloaded zip file from our server at no charge.
  • How much warning do you need before a shoot?
    • Well, the more time the better, but we can turn a job in 24 hours if everything is set to go.
